Pit bulls usually don’t have a fighting chance when surrendered to a shelter. Many cities and counties blacklist any pit-bull and pit-bull mix and euthanize the animal without further reason. Pit bulls are not tested for compatibility or temperament because cruel people have exploited the breed for decades.
Please pledge to bring awareness and assist in protecting this magnificent breed of dogs. Please pledge that if you are in the market of adopting a family pet, to consider a pit-bull. By signing this petition an email of your pledge will be forwarded to one of the greatest and by far the biggest Pit-bull rescue centers in the world, the Villalobos Rescue Center started in California, but recently relocated to a New Mexico location. Please visit the website, maybe make a one time donation, consider an adoption, volunteer or even sponsor one of their great dogs.

The dog breed most likely to bite was not the Pit Bull, Rottweiler, or German Shepherd, but …wait for it…the Dachshund. And second was the Chihuahua, followed by the Jack Russell Terrier. Research involved 6000 dog owners

Hi there. I’m Grace. I am a very hard working, compassionate and strong willed woman who loves a challenge and never backs down from a hard days work, which is a good mix for working with dogs that are having trouble getting along in the world with us humans! The greatest reward I get in life is when someone tells me I saved the life of their dog so they didn’t have to give it up! I love nothing more then showing people how to be a leader in their own world and all aspects of life! I am a leader, and walk my own path in life and I’ll go where ever it takes me!
My husband and I are in our 60’s and have a aged blue nose American terrier. We are looking to replace her. Intelligent, great disposition, loyal companion, obedient to all commands, best dog we have ever had.
